DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Version 1.0

AIArk respects the intellectual property rights of others. The Site hosts case descriptions compiled from public sources and community submissions. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, this page explains how to submit a takedown notice and how to respond if you believe a removal was a mistake.

Designated agent: registration of our designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is in progress. Until it is completed, please send notices to hello@aiark.store — this address reaches the operator directly.

1. Filing an infringement notice

To be effective under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site (the exact URL, e.g. https://aiark.store/case/kb-123), in enough detail that we can find it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send complete notices to hello@aiark.store. We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that we determine, in good faith, to be infringing.

2. Counter-notification

If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material.

3. Repeat infringers

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content will be terminated.

4. Community submissions

All user submissions are governed by our Terms of Service, under which submitters confirm they hold the necessary rights. Knowingly submitting infringing material may result in removal of the content and termination of the account.
