These Terms govern your use of aiark.store (the "Site"), operated by AIArk ("we"). By using the Site — including creating an account — you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (16+ in some EU countries) to use the Site.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information, especially a working email address, and keep it current.

2. How to use the content

The Site is an archive of real-world AI Agent use cases, compiled from public sources and community submissions. Case descriptions and prompts are provided for reference and learning, "as is" and without warranty — outcomes depend on your models, data and environment. Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. You may read, copy prompts and share links for personal and internal use; you may not scrape, mirror or redistribute the compilation in bulk.

3. Community submissions and test reports

• When you submit a case or a test report, you confirm you have the necessary rights to the material and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, moderate, organize and (where relevant) translate your submission on the Site.
• Submissions may be reviewed before publication and may be edited for clarity, format or compliance. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
• Points earned through submissions or reports are a Site feature, not currency; they carry no cash value and may be adjusted or withdrawn if abused.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, overload or probe its infrastructure; create accounts by automated means; impersonate others; or submit content that is defamatory, harassing, misleading, or contains malware.

5. Copyright and takedown

We respect intellectual property and respond to properly submitted DMCA notices. See our DMCA / Copyright page for the notice and counter-notice process.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it to improve the Site without obligation or compensation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any case, prompt or test report. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in particular through abuse, fraud or repeated infringement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, the country where the Site is operated from, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Site and the "last updated" date revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
